To ensure the long-term quality of our fursuits, Dokidoki has partnered with Meemonster Studio to offer professional after-sales repair services. Currently, this service is in the testing phase and available only in the U.S., with future expansion planned.
This initiative upholds Dokidoki’s original commitment to delivering high-quality service, ensuring continuous support and care for our fursuits.
Service Terms
1. Free Repairs (Within 3 Months)
• Applies to non-user-caused damage, including shipping damage.
• Dokidoki covers all repair and shipping costs.
• Repairs typically take 1-2 weeks, depending on the damage.
2. Paid Repairs (After 3 Months, with Extension Option)
• After 3 months, repairs are available at a cost, assessed based on damage.
• Customers can extend free repair coverage:
• +1 month for $30
• +2 months for $50 (must be purchased at the time of order).
3. Cleaning & Maintenance (No Time Limit)
• $20 maintenance fee + round-trip shipping for cleaning or general upkeep.
4. Repair Eligibility
✅ Covered Repairs:
• Non-user-caused damage (including normal wear affecting product quality).
• Shipping damage (must be reported promptly).
❌ Not Covered:
• Excessive wear, misuse, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

1. Take Clear Photos: Capture the damage.

3. Assessment & Repair: We will evaluate and guide you through the process.
